These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the "VachaCam" application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by ViRD Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") by users (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

Article 1 (Basic Use)

The App can be enjoyed free of charge.

Article 2 (Posting on Social Media)

Users are free to post screenshots and videos created with the App on social media platforms.

Article 3 (Commercial Use)

To use content created with the App for commercial purposes, Users are required to purchase the "Plus Plan" provided by the Company.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 5 (Miscellaneous)

The content of these Terms is subject to change as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect from the time they are announced on the App or the Company’s website.

"VachaCam" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is an application provided by ViRD, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines.

1. Collection of Personal Information

The App does not collect or store any user's personal information on our servers. Data such as photos, videos, and audio generated through shooting are stored on the user's device and shared at the user's discretion.

2. Purpose of Use of Device Permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photos)

• Camera: Used to shoot photos and videos with virtual characters and effects applied.
  Example: Shoots a character video linked to facial expressions and saves it on the device.
• Microphone: Used to record and save audio to videos during shooting.
  Example: Records the user's voice simultaneously with the video and saves it on the device.
• Photos (Photo Library): Used to save and load content shot by the user on the device.

These permissions are used only for the purposes described above. They are not automatically transmitted to third parties.

3. Use of TrueDepth API

The App uses Apple's TrueDepth API to obtain data about the user's facial movements (such as face position, orientation, expressions, blinks, and mouth movements) and reflects them in the virtual character's expressions and movements in real time.

• Purpose of Use: Real-time processing for avatar expression linkage and effect representation
• Processing Method: The acquired TrueDepth-related data is processed only on the device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers or elsewhere.
• Third-Party Provision: We do not provide TrueDepth-related data to third parties.
• Secondary Use: We do not use the data for secondary purposes such as advertising or profiling.

4. Payment Information

In-app purchases are processed using the App Store's payment system provided by Apple. Payment information such as credit card details is managed by Apple, and we do not directly obtain or store it.

5. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We may use information voluntarily provided by users (such as inquiry details and return email addresses) to the extent necessary for user support. This information is used only for support purposes.

6. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Storage and Retention Period of Information

We do not store users' shooting data or TrueDepth-related data on our servers. Information received for support purposes will be deleted within a reasonable period after the purpose is achieved.

8. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle and to otherwise ensure its safe management.

9. Privacy of Minors

Minors should use the App with the consent of a guardian. Upon contact from a guardian, we will appropriately respond to requests for confirmation or deletion of information held by us (voluntarily provided through inquiries, etc.).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or our services. Any important changes will be announced on this page.
